Publication Fees

Refund Policy — Global Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (GJMR)

GJMR maintains a transparent and fair Article Processing Charge (APC) refund policy in accordance with internationally recognized publication ethics.

• Before Submission Review: A full refund will be issued if payment was made in error prior to the editorial review process commencing.
• After Peer Review Acceptance: No refund will be issued once the manuscript has been accepted and processed for publication.
• Rejected Manuscripts: APC payments made prior to the peer review decision will be fully refunded if the manuscript is rejected.
• Author Withdrawal: No refund will be issued if an author voluntarily withdraws an accepted manuscript after the editorial process has begun.
• Duplicate Payments: In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, the extra amount will be fully refunded upon verification.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to editor@gjmr.org within 7 working days of the transaction date, along with proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.
